REACH Advisory & Development was created to support the consulting engagements and business development projects of James Leach, an award-winning corporate executive in high tech, and his associates.

Mr. Leach has significant experience in high-tech marketing, sales, product, and systems engineering. As part of the senior leadership team, he built successful businesses in digital infrastructure solutions and services including: data centers, cloud computing, telecommunications, cyber security, managed services, IT outsourcing, DNS, and web monitoring.

Over his career, Mr. Leach has developed a global view of technology markets and a deep respect and appreciation for other cultures. He is a servant leader that “brings companies to the next level” by developing and empowering high-performance teams. He is an excellent communicator, writer, collaborator, strategic thinker, and player/coach with proven expertise in selling and promoting technology solutions to the “C-suite” in business and government enterprises.
